Maison Rostang, a mythical place
Located on rue Rennequin, in the 17th arrondissement of Paris, halfway between Place des Ternes and Place du Maréchal Juin, the emblematic Maison Rostang has been, for 40 years, a place of refuge for all lovers of the great classics of gastronomy French.
After the opening of his eponymous restaurant in 1978, in 2020 Michel Rostang entrusts the reins of the Maison Rostang to Nicolas Baumann, chef since 2008 who has become a partner, and to Stéphane Manigold, financier and restaurateur.
Nicolas Beaumann and Stéphane Manigold will write the rest of the story, bringing Maison Rostang into a new dimension of excellence.
Beyond a name, a new page opens under the leadership of this complementary duo, sharing key values of creativity and innovation.

In a refined and warm setting, Maison Rostang is reinventing itself: the place pays homage to naturalness, wood, plants, while bringing modernity and harmony, under the watchful eye of architect Michel Amar.
Fine materials, a wine cellar that reveals itself to guests, custom-made decorative items and tableware and lounges open to the spectacle of the stoves contribute to the staging of a particularly intimate atmosphere.
