The new Business class of Corsair has been conceived in order to offer a unique and top of the range travel experience to its customers. The gastronomy offered on board had to illustrate this degree of demand, therefore the airline called upon reknown French companies: chef Michel Rostang created two menus, one of them is particularly exclusive and prestigious offering lobster, salmon and Petrossian cavair going with champagne Billecart-Salmon.

"When Pascal de Izaguirre talked to me about his project of a new Business class for Corsair, I suggested him the idea of an extraordinary menu, something which had never been done for any airline in the world. When you leave for such destinations, you are in a party spirit. You want to start living the dream as soon as you enter the airplane. With this menu, we offer a true moment of extravagance, dream and quality: we do not just offer a spoonful of caviar, we serve 30g of Petrossian!

We have conceived two original proposals for the Business class: a Signature menu included in the price of the Business class ticket and another Prestigious menu, sold to a very affordable price. The passengers will find in them the gourmet spirit which caracterizes my restaurants: tastes, good juices which make anyone want to wipe his plate clean... Our first idea is to step out of the ordinary and to share our passion for cooking, to give more colors and taste to the Business class."
